The Mountain Hospital for Animals, located in Lookout Mountain, TN, has been open since February 1st, 1991. MHA is a full service clinic dedicated to the care and treatment of companion animals and exotic pets. The staff at MHA seeks to provide the best possible medical, surgical, and dental care for their highly-valued patients.

We believe the direct communication between veterinarian and client is essential. Our veterinarians take extra time during appointments to describe illnesses, treatments, and answer any questions you may have. This continues once you leave the clinic. Our doctors make themselves available to talk on the phone or via email when you need us.

Our most senior vet and owner of the practice, Dr. Keller, has been in practice for 30+ years. Dr. Keller is well versed in veterinary medicine for exotic and companion animals. Dr. Keller also presides as the veterinarian over the Tennessee Aquarium.
